Return Policy

We know shopping online can feel like a risk, and we want to make your experience at KRUG as easy and worry-free as possible. We believe in our designs and the love that goes into making them, but if something isn’t quite right — whether you’d like a different size or simply changed your mind — we’re here to help.

Return Window

You can return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

Partial refunds may be granted if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at krug.shop@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. To request an exchange, email us at krug.shop@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.

  • For returns valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
