Shipping policy

At KRUG, we create thoughtfully and sustainably. As a small slow-fashion brand, most of our items are made to order in Split, Croatia. This allows us to minimize waste and ensure each piece is crafted with care especially for you.

Handling & Processing Times

  • Made-to-Order Items: Most of our products are produced upon order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production before shipping.

  • In-Stock Items: If an item is available in stock, we will ship it within 3 business days. 

  • If you need your order sooner, please contact us at krug.shop@gmail.com or +385 95 8518 668, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our studios in Split and Kaštel Gomilica, Croatia — your order’s first journey is from its hometown by the Adriatic to your home.

Shipping Rates

  • Within Croatia: Free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Within Europe: €10 flat rate.

  • Outside Europe: €15 flat rate.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at krug.shop@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a shipping option for you. We ship worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Croatia: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Europe & Rest of the World: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
    (Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on customs or courier delays.)

Taxes & Duties

  • Depending on your order and delivery country, local customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If fees are refused, the order will be canceled. Shipping and customs clearance costs will be deducted from your refund.

Responsibility & Quality Checks

  • KRUG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, customs processes).
