Shipping information

We ship all orders worldwide from our warehouse in Split, Croatia. In this way, the first trip our dear designs will go on, will be the trip from their home town in Split to your home. 

 

Shipping rates

The following shipping rates will be applied depending on your shipping destination:  

SHIPPING WITHIN CROATIA:

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders within Croatia.

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE:

€10

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EUROPE:

€15

 

Worldwide shipping

If your country is not included in our shipping destinations, please just sent us an email to info@krugstore.com, and we will make you an offer. We deliver worldwide no matter where your destination is! 

 

Taxes

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which KRUG cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you. For information on customs, taxes, brokerage fee or additional charges that may occur, please contact your local customs office for your local regulations.

 

Handling of orders

Orders received before 15pm CEST will be dispatched the same day if in stock or if not stated otherwise (production time). 

Orders placed after 15pm CEST will be shipped the following day if in stock or if not stated otherwise (production time). 

If your order is placed after 15pm CEST on Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be processed on the following Monday. Delays in dispatching your order may occur during sales and public holidays.

KRUG will not be considered responsible for delays in shipment caused by the circumstances beyond the control of KRUG.

KRUG checks every purchase for faults before shipping them out to you. If the goods are faulty when delivered to you, please send us an e-mail immediately.

Shipping times for regular service in Croatia are 1-2 working days days.

Shipping times for regular service in Europe and the rest of the world are 3-5 days.

KRUG does not accept responsibility for delay in customs processes outside the EU.
