WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

Depending on your destination the shipping time will be between 1 and 5 days. We ship for free within Croatia, shipping costs for the rest of Europe is €10, for the rest of the World it is €15.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES KRUG STORE SHIP TO?

We ship to the whole world. If your country is not listed on the check-out page, please contact us and we will add it to the list.

 

ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

No, taxes are not included in the price and you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KRUG STORE ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as Bancontact, Giropay, IDEAL and SOFORT payments. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe.

 

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

All orders will be charged in Euros. To change the view of the currency, select from the drop down list at the top left hand side of the screen.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to the existing order. If you need to make any amendments, please contact us via our contact form or send us an email on sales@krugstore.com.

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

KRUG Store accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, your PayPal or Apple Pay. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE

Shopping at KRUG Store is easy. Use the “SHOP BY CATEGORY” or “OUR SUSTAINABLE BRANDS” links. Once you have found an item, choose your size or edition and click on the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.

Review the items in your cart by clicking the “CART” link at the top right hand side of the page. Click on “CHECKOUT” to complete your order.
